Legend sets to perform at the Esplanade Concert Hall on 15th
January 2007 as part of his Once Again Tour. |

Once Again is his latest album which
receives three nominations for the 2007 Grammy Awards; Best Male
Pop Vocal Performance (Save Room), Best Male R&B Vocal Performance
(Heaven) and Best Male Performance by a Duo or Group (Family
Affair with Joss Stone). |

Legend previously won Best New Artist,
Best R&B Male Vocal Performance (Ordinary People) and Best R&B
album at the 2006 Grammy Awards from his debut album Get Lifted. |

The 27-year-old Ohio singer,
songwriter and pianist was born John Stephens into a musical
family. He attended University of Pennsylvania and was once a
church choir director for nine years. |
|
His biggest supporter is rapper and
producer Kanye West whom Legend was introduced to in college. He
proved to be a solid songwriter and session musician which
promptly landed him in West's creative team. |
|
Legend also played on albums by Alicia
Keys, Janet Jackson, Lauren Hill, Taleb Kwili and Jay-Z, among
others. |
